decent location, some issues
musty odor dirty towels
The hallways and my room had a distinct musty and smoky odor. towels were not white. They were grey and looked unclean. they charged me $50 to clean what were already dirty towels and cups. i had to ask the bell boy for toilet paper, as the maid didn't leave any.

helpful staff comfortable accommodation
The front desk staff was helpful. I was pleased with the room upgrade I received. The room was clean. The accommodation was comfortable.
The hotel's sales tactics for overpriced tours were persistent. A boat trip offered at 20 euros was found to cost significantly less elsewhere. The room lacked soundproofing.

The hotel is very central with several restaurants nearby. The main road is a short walk away. Key points of interest are within walking distance, including the Grand Bazaar.
